MCI Planners is a corporate event specialty marketing firm.  Corporate Events and Sports Marketing is all we do…not simple parties, not fancy dinners, not restaurant openings.  Don’t get us wrong, we know how to efficiently manage F&B, but at our core, we align key business objectives with experiences that drive business with a focus on flawless execution.   

We believe the seven most dangerous words in the event business are “We did it that way last year" so we strive to exceed expectations and results on all fronts.

We build lead-generating, customer ABM events, sports marketing hospitality, and employee engagement programming and measure it, striving to determine an actual Return on Investment for all that we do. ​

Oh, and about our name… admittedly a bit of an homage to our history,  but it actually stands for what we work on: Meetings, Conventions and Incentives.
